What size would I be?

Our swimsuits generally run small. The best way to find the right size for you would be to take your measurements and consult our size chart.

If you're hesitating between two sizes we recommend sizing down!

Direct message us on Instagram @poolside.thebrand with your measurements (Torso, Chest, Hips) and we’ll suggest the best size for you.


A suit I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

We do our best to keep all colours of our Classic Racing Swimsuit in stock. However, limited seasonal collections are made in very small quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.

Our swimsuits sell out very quickly, so be sure to follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter for updates.


Where are your swimsuits made? 

We design and produce our suits in Canada.


How should I wash my swimsuits?

Rinse your swimsuit in cold water and air dry after every use.  Please avoid any washing or drying machine as those will damage to the fabric.



What should be my skincare routine?

There is no one-size-fits-all formula for skincare. However, our friends over at La Natura Casa suggest this ideal order to use your skincare products to achieve maximum benefits:



  1. Cleanse 
  2. Serum 
  3. Moisturize 
  4. Full-spectrum sunscreen
  5. Makeup, if desired (Avoid comedogenic formulations in skin makeup such as foundation if you have acne-prone skin)



  1. Makeup remover
  2. Cleanser
  3. Exfoliate (1-2 times per week)
  4. Shower (If need be)
  5. Body Oil and Moisturizer
  6. Mask (Once a week)
  7. Serum
  8. Moisturizer 




Can I get a refund if it doesn't fit?                                                                     

We don't offer refund. However, you can ask for a size exchange. You're responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The item must also be in perfect condition with its labels and protective sticker.


Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you place an order, we start on the packing and shipping process right away, so we are unable to make changes or edits. If you realize you’ve made a mistake in your order, please email immediately and we will try to get the order canceled. You will then be fully refunded so you can place a new order with the correct items.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow the shipping provider a couple business days to update the tracking information.


I received a damaged/defective/incorrect item. What do I do?

Please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number and we will be happy to help you. You must contact us within 2 weeks of delivery. 



How long does each shipping method take?

Canada Post Standard shipping = 5-9 business days once shipped

Canada Post Express shipping = 2-4 business days once shipped

Canada Post priority = 2-4 business days once shipped


Where can my order be shipped? Do you ship internationally? 

All of our products can be shipped to Canada and the United States.


When will my order ship?
Your suits will ship out within 4-5 business days of the order date.
