What size would I be?

Our swimsuits generally run small. The best way to find the right size for you would be to take your measurements and consult our size chart.

If you're hesitating between two sizes we recommend sizing down!

Direct message us on Instagram @poolside.swimmersclub with your measurements (Torso, Chest, Hips) and we’ll suggest the best size for you.


How should I wash my swimsuits?

Rinse your swimsuit in cold water and air dry after every use.  Please avoid any washing or drying machine as those will damage to the fabric.


A suit I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

We do our best to keep all colours of our Classic Racing Swimsuit in stock. However, limited seasonal collections are made in very small quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.

Our swimsuits sell out very quickly, so be sure to follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter for updates.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow the shipping provider a couple business days to update the tracking information.


I received a damaged/defective/incorrect item. What do I do?

Please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number and we will be happy to help you. You must contact us within 2 weeks of delivery. 



How long does each shipping method take?

Canada Post Standard shipping = 5-9 business days once shipped

Canada Post Express shipping = 2-4 business days once shipped

Canada Post priority = 2-4 business days once shipped


Where can my order be shipped? Do you ship internationally? 

All of our products can be shipped to Canada and the United States.


When will my order ship?

Your suits will ship out within 4-5 business days of the order date. 



Can I get a refund if it doesn't fit?


Veuillez noter que nous fermons actuellement l'entreprise et que tous les achats à partir de la liquidation (20 février 2024) seront des VENTES FINALES. Vous pouvez cependant demander venir sur place faire un échange dans les 10 jours suivant la réception de votre colis. Veuillez par contre noter que les échanges ne sont pas garantis étant donné que nous liquidons tous les stocks et que les grandeurs restantes peuvent varier. Pour être échangé, votre article doit être inutilisé et dans l'état où vous l'avez reçu avec toutes les étiquettes. Il doit également être dans son emballage d'origine.

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 7015 Rue Jarry Est, Montreal, QC, H1J 1G3, Canada.

You are responsible for the shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $100, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
