Please note that we do not offer refunds. You can however request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your package. You need to purchase a shipping label and select the new size you want. The shipping costs for your exchange will be at your expense. In order to be exchanged, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once we receive your original order and it is approved, we will ship the new size within 24-48 hours.


You can also come and exchange your swimsuit at Aquapro - École de natation at 7015 Jarry Est in Anjou, Montreal. Please note that you must contact us at info@swimwearpoolside.com and make an appointment for your exchange before coming in.

 

Returning hours at Aquapro: 

  • Tuesday to Thursday : 7:00am to 1:00pm 
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 to 1:00 pm

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.


Shipping


To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 7015 Rue Jarry Est, Montreal, QC, H1J 1G3, Canada.

You are responsible for the shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $100, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item. For hygiene reasons, please note that there are no refunds available.
